Our History
Simco Pacific is run and owned by Mr. Babak Siminou. Mr. Siminou first opened his loan business back in 1986 with high hopes of a successful future. He left his previous partnered-company, Schaefer Financial, to open a mortgage company of his own. He has done many loans, some large some small, but he always provides his customers with the attention and care the big companies simply cannot provide.
